This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how personal data of users of the on-x.ru and ai.on-x.ru websites (the “Site”) is processed and protected by Individual Entrepreneur Viktor Olegovich Zhilyaev (the “Operator”), under the laws of the Russian Federation.

By using the Site and submitting your details via contact forms or the online chat, you confirm your agreement with this Policy and the Consent to Personal Data Processing.

data you provide in forms and the online chat: name, phone number, Telegram handle, email, and the text of your request;
technical data collected automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, browser and device type, referrer, UTM tags;

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data and does not knowingly collect data of minors.

3. Purposes of processing

handling enquiries and providing feedback;
preparing proposals, concluding and performing contracts;
delivering services and informing you about their progress;
improving the Site and analysing traffic and service quality.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”), the performance of a contract to which you are a party, and the requirements of applicable Russian law.

5. Processing, sharing and storage

Processing is carried out with and without automation. The Operator applies reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data. The Operator may engage third parties (e.g. a CRM system, hosting provider, web-analytics and online-chat services) under confidentiality terms and only as necessary for the stated purposes. Databases containing personal data of Russian citizens are hosted on servers located in the Russian Federation. Personal data is retained no longer than required for the purposes of processing or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Cross-border transfer

The Operator does not transfer personal data across borders; processing takes place within the Russian Federation.

7. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data; to request its rectification, blocking or erasure; and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, email sales@on-x.ru.
